He is survived by: his father James Alan Theodore Mann; his wife Stephanie Mann; his sons, James Mann Jr. and Joshua Mann; his stepson Melvin Owens; his children, Jadralyn Mann, Jarail Mann, Javarus Mann and Jaleel Taylor; and his sisters, Kathy Holman, Barbara Smith, Kasietta Mann and Joyce Mann-Chambers. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
