He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hartley and Clarice Hartley Mumford; and his wife LeAnn Hartley. He is survived by: his son James Hartley (Loretta); his sister Gail Hartley; and his sibling's children, Misty Johns (Jeffrey) and Steve O'Cain (Tisa).
