With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Roberts McNeil (Macon, Georgia), who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roberts and Eunice Poulnott Roberts; her former husband Melvin L. Hinson; her husband William McNeil; and her brothers, Sam Poulnott and Wayne Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Hamlin (Tom) and Pam Matthews (David); her grandchildren, Chad Hamlin (Kim), Leigh McElory (Joseph), Mandy Winner (Scott), Allison Sandoval (Dave) and Kalie Stuart (Casey); her son Chipper Hinson; and her sister Norma Cox. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
