She is survived by: her granddaughter Madisen; her husband Frank Hicks, Jr.; her daughter Tia Collins (Bobby); her granddaughter Kennedi Brown; her brother Timothye White (Janice); her daughters, Dr. Gail Taliaferro, Dr. Wendy Hicks, Trina Lipscomb (Keith) and Tina Thompson; and her close friend Joyce "J. Marie" Hall-Lilly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness (5215 Log Cabin Dr, Macon, GA 31204). A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at the Stephens Cemetery.
