He was predeceased by : his brother Perry Stuart Smith; his parents, John Smith and Carolyn Smith; and his father-in-law Salvatore Raimondi. He is survived by : his wife Dorena Raimondi Smith; his children, Brittnee Dixon (James), Tarra Smith (Drew Dominguez), Brandon Smith and Nicolle Smith; and his grandchildren, Kayden Jacob Smith, Karli Maze Dominguez, Kali Marie Dixon, Kash Walter Dixon, Huey, Luna and Bernie.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Jeff's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, The United Way of Central Georgia, and the American Cancer Society.
