He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Darnell Miller; his children, Jeff Miller, James Miller, Jerold Miller (Amber) and Jennifer Miller (Candice); his stepchildren, Shane Farr (Candy) and Tara Farr; and his brother Phil Miller (Barabara). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
