He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Puckett and Lula Puckett. He is survived by: his siblings, Vonnie Bruce of Commerce, Tina Henry (Dave) of Demorest and Frank Puckett of Covington, Georgia.; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Long, April Patterson, Tiffany Copeland, Jason Henry, Samantha Lafferty and Nathan Puckett.
