He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Wesley Horne and Anna Elizabeth Horne; his daughter Lisa Marney; and his siblings, Bobbie Horne and Freddie Horne.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McCrary Horne; his daughter Beth; and his grandchildren, Brandi Pieplow (Andrew), Bud Hall (Amanda), Holly Stickler (Lucas) and Christopher Holt (Haley). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
