She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe B. Meeks and Annie Mae Roberts Meeks; her husband Fred Otto; and her daughter Kathryn Ann Otto. She is survived by: her son Fred Otto, Jr. (Robin) of Bonaire, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Joseph Otto (Mallory) of American Falls, Idaho and Julia Austin (Jack) of Durham.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Baptist Church, 1120 Lake Joy Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088 or to your favorite charity.
