Peed of Macon, Georgia, born in Milford, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 76, on November 22, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Lester Peed and Alma Kenyon Peed; and his daughter Claire Elisabeth Peed Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Rita Thompson Peed of Macon, Georgia; his sister Alma Jane McCook of Albany, Georgia; his son-in-law Bobby Whitaker of Macon, Georgia; and his sister-in-law Elaine Everhardt of Hilton Head. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joel's honor to Vineville Baptist Church, 2591 Vineville Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204.
