She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace J. Howard and Nora Edmundson Howard; her husband Billy Williams; and her siblings, Alicia Howard Boatright and Horace J Howard (Harry).
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Wadford; her granddaughter Ellen Etheridge (Jared); and her sibling's children, Mike Howard, Jan Boatright Cayere (Louie) and Alicia Patron.
