With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katrina Lena Avera of Macon, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Green Avera and Frances Juanita Brown; and her brother Harold Phillip Avera. She is survived by: her sister Kindle Busbee; her nieces, Darlene Juanita Klausen (Michael), Kodie Busbee Horne (Stephen Horne), Anna Leah King (Michael) and Hailey Floyd (Tim); her brother Dave G. Avera; and her friends, Tanya Sowash, Lisa Wade, Belinda Thornton and Melanie Reasor.
