He is survived by: his wife Loretta Carolyn Davis (Newsom); his son John Davis (Denny); his grandchildren, Laura Davis Denson (Daryl) and Michael Britton-Eisman (Charles); his great grandchildren, DeMarcus and Damian Denson; and his nieces, Renee Davis Kennington, Marshan Davis Morlan and Deborah Newsom McCracken (Robert).
