She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert E. Fort, Sr.; and her sons, Charles E. Cornelius and Kenneth O'neal Fort. She is survived by: her children, Janice Y. Riggins (Noah), Beverly E. Hudson, Herbert E. Fort, Jr. and Adrian Fort (Princess); her grandchildren, Charles E. Cornelius, Jr., Victoria E. Hudson, Tiya Y. Riggins, Anna C. Martin (Patrick), Andrea and Keenan F. Riggins (Jelissa); her great grandchildren, Jayden Coleman, Amaris Coleman, Cameryn Coleman, Noah Coleman, Princeton Douglas, Dallas Douglas, Emily Martin and Knox Riggins; her siblings, Willie Cornelius, Jr. (Bobbie) and Mozell Binford; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Fort.
