As Lucius departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lucius may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lucius leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Howard Lamar; and his children, Lucius Lamar, III (Syeta), Christopher Lamar, Sr., Emily Amanda Lamar and Terrell Lamar Graham. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
