She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Stewart and Irma Parkerson Stewart; her children, Stewart Devon Nelson and Pattie Fugate; her grandson Mark Fugate; and her siblings, James Stewart and Carolyn Stewart Oliver.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie McCarty (Butch) and Kathie Bilow (Jessie); her grandchildren, Tiffanie Goff (Gary), Jennifer McCarty (Billy), Melissa Melton (Jonathan), Shannon Gassett, Chris Gassett (Kristy) and Stewart Rowell (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Mark, Tyler, Emily, Troy, Madelyn, Audrey, Shelby and Jace.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
