She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Philhower of Williamsburg. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Campbell Philhower (Gabriel Ceballos) of Atlanta, Amanda Oswald (Bob) of Savannah and Melissa Jones (Bruce) of Macon; her grandchildren, Laura Kate Mathews (Brooks), Louis Oswald (Rachel) and Betsy Jones (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Rhett Samuel Mathews, Molly Kate Mathews, Sophie Melissa Jones, Summer McKenzie Jones, Sally Campbell Jones, Louis Samuel Oswald and Charles Major Oswald; and her brother Thomas Alexander Campbell, Jr. of Clemson, SC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church.
