He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Charlotte Bushong Howard. He is survived by: his wife Janice Howard; his sister Linda Howard; his sister-in-law Marsha Miller Luttrell; his niece Kelly Cook; his great-nephew Henry Cook; and his aunt Gail Howard Allen.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home (3969 Mercer University Dr, Macon, GA 31204).
