She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Causey and Stella Mae Dewberry Causey; her husband James C. Merriman; her son James Victor Merriman; and her siblings, John T. Causey, Jesse R. Causey, Betty Joyce Poulos and Lucy Jeanette Humbert.
She is survived by: her siblings, Janice Norris of Forsyth, Frank Causey (June) of Lawrenceville and Sandra Jewell Skinner (Danny) of Villa Rica; her granddaughter Ashley; and her great grandchild Shelby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
