She was predeceased by: her parents, William Riley and Delilah Graham Redding; her husband T. J. "Jack" Wells; her son Thomas W. Wells; her daughter-in-law Brenda Smith Wells; and her sisters, Velma Redding Fordham and Thelma Redding Byrd.
She is survived by: her son Guerry; her daughter-in-law Diane Wells; her granddaughters, Christie Wells Anderegg (David) and Nancy Wells France (Andy); her great grandchildren, Wells France, Colt France, William Anderegg and Avery Anderegg; and her sibling's children, Wayne Wheeler (Denise), Bob Wheeler (Jeannie), Nan Wheeler Peters (Terry), David Fordham, Ricky Fordham (Beth) and Brenda Fordham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pitts Chapel United Methodist Church (132 Pitts Chapel Rd, Macon, GA 31217). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
