She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alphus "Al" Payne and Rubye Elizabeth Titshaw Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Rick" Edford Cleveland Jr. (Adele Chalabala) and Stephen Carey Cleveland Sr. (Cherrie Prather Cleveland); and her grandchildren, Christina Cleveland Morgan, Richard Cleveland III, Dawn Cleveland Budinger, Stephen Cleveland Jr., Tyler Cleveland and Olivia Cleveland.
