He is survived by: his wife Laura Bloodworth Crumpler of Macon; his children, April Crumpler of Bonaire, Christy C. McUmber (Michael) of Cochran and Tiffany C. O'Brien of Macon; his grandchildren, Austin Phelps (Ashley), Michael McUmber (Emilee), Anthony McUmber, Jackson McUmber, Asa O'Brien, Samuel O'Brien and Madison O'Brien; his great grandchildren, Maia and Ruthie Mae; and his siblings, Richard C. "Rick" Crumpler (Linda) of Pawleys Island, SC, Peggy Daniels of Danville, Charlotte Peche (Tim) of Cochran and Lynn Crumpler of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
