It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Cown Burnam of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert'Bob'Burnam; her son Michael Allan Maddox; and her parents, Golden Carl and Lola Langley Cown. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Spencer Fleetwood Maddox, III and Amy Maddox Bean (Rusty); her stepchildren, Robert Scott Burnam (Elizabeth) and Venita Burnam Roberts; her grandchildren, Kristin Bean Long (Josh), Taylor Maddox (Kara), Jessica Bean Williams (Matt), Austin Maddox, Reeves Maddox (Marah), Macy Maddox Davis (Will), Rebecca Bean Minarovich (Patrick), Rachel Bean Harlow (Bobby), Sarah Bean Spikes (Alex), Hunter Bean, Austin Bean, Jordan Burnam, Cody Roberts and Marion Roberts Brantley (Chantry); and her husband Bob. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
