He is survived by: his parents, William Johnson (Bill) and Ruth M. Johnson; his siblings, William Johnson (Bill), Bruce Klein, Carol Masone and Susan Benaway; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Lambert, Xenny Johnson, Margaret Jean Cannon and Mary Klein. He is also survived by his relatives and friends.
