Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Crowder and Gladys Crowder; her husband John Joe Gregory; and her sisters, Bernice Harper (Marvin), Jerry Johnson and Elaine Johnson (Jack). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (5455 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216).
