He was predeceased by: his wife Delpha Lober Horne; his parents, Raymond Frank Horne, Sr. and Hattie Vincent Bunch; and his sister Sue Horne Bishop. He is survived by: his son Robert G. "Trae" McCombs (Mary); his grandchildren, Lee and Abbey McCombs; his brother-in-law Randy Bishop; and his niece Kelly Bishop Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Raymond's memory.
