He is survived by: his wife Shirley Runette Bobo; his children, Richard Alton Bobo and Jeri Jackson; his brother Charles Bobo; and his grandchildren, Autumn Filush, Ashley Bishop (Chip), Garrett Page, Christopher Bobo and Cody Jones (Sarah). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
