We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Richard Brown of Macon, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Erwin Brown and Louise Collins Brown; his son Thomas Lewis Brown; and his sister Virginia Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Janice Brown; his children, Georgia Brown, Genna Goodwin (Greg), Gaye DeWitt, Gerri Collins (Michael), Scott Brown (Kellye), Rick Brown (Renee), Tiffany Cooper (Stephen), Amy Hester and Joshua Hester (Renee); and his siblings, Katherine Wehunt, Georgia Brown, Bobby Brown, Frank Brown (Cindy) and Seventeen.

In lieu of flowers the family requested donations to the Harvest Cathedral, 2254 Rocky Creek Road, Macon, Georgia 31206.

“I married this wonderful man in 1957. I was 16 years old. Richard had just graduated from high school 3 months after his 18th birthday. We were just two kids in love. By November 16, 1964 (7 years) we celebrated the birth of our fourth beautiful daughter. Richard loved to play cards, so instead of the usual 'new birth card', his came with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card that read "FOUR OF A KIND; PERFECT HAND". My deepest condolence to all of Richard's family..”
