He is survived by: his wife Kathy Suttles Blalock of Macon; his sons, Brian Blalock of Macon and Jason Blalock of Greensboro; and his brother Joseph Bailey, Jr. of Macon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
