He is survived by: his wife Michelle; and his siblings, Cherryl (Dan Harnist) of North Dakota, Rose (Tim Johnson) of Tennessee, David Hall (Jeaniece) of Tennessee, Warren Hall (Kathy) of Florida, Terry Hall (Diane) of Georgia and Larry Hall (Hazel) of North Dakota.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Macon.
