She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivey Caison and Tollie Caison of Savannah, Georgia.; and her former husband Raymond R. Purvis. She is survived by: her husband Franklin D. Windham; and her daughters, Cheryl Ouzts (Hank) and Linda Welton (Dan). She is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kate Davis Sunday school class at Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon GA 31210 or Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31210.
