With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Lucas (Macon, Georgia), who passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Russell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Russell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lucas and Aieaa Lucas; and his siblings, Mildred Lester, Florence Banks, Juanita Collins and Marvin Lucas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
