He was predeceased by: his father Bennie Frank Holmes; and his brother-in-law Grund. He is survived by: his mother Janice Yaughn; his siblings, Bryant Wood, Jennifer Lawrence (Patrick) and Rebecca Lynn Stewart; and his grandmother Helen Yaughn.
