She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Walter Cook and Margaret Arnold Cook of Perry, Georgia; her siblings, Lonnie Harold Cook, Sr. and Emily Cook Ratterree; her nieces, Stacy Ratterree Young and Kelly Ratterree; her nephew Charles Benjamin Cook; her great-nephew J. R. Driver; her great-niece Brittany Cook; her stepson Paul Anderson Duffy III (Adam); and her brother-in-law Wendell Ratterree.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Anderson Duffy, Jr. (Andy); her siblings, Mary Frances Cook Thompson (Robert) of Perry, Georgia and Charles L. Cook (Susan) of Cartersville, Georgia; her aunt Betty C. Smith of Gray; and her sisters-in-law, Melanie Duffy Taylor of Harvest and Monica Cook of Byron, Georgia.. She is also survived by 12 first cousins.
