It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Skaggs of Macon, Georgia, born in Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Goins and Sally Goins; her daughter Debbie Lynn Richerson; and her sisters, Lois Dunn and Lula Cissell.

She is survived by: her daughter Donna Lynn McDonald (James) of Winston-Salem, NC; her grandchildren, Danielle Johnson (Scott) and Christopher McDonald; her sisters, Betty Bussiere and Roberta Green; and also, Fred W. Richerson and Larry F. Skaggs.
