He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ralph Tapley; his mother Tracy Bilow; and his siblings, Rebekah L. Reynolds and Chad M. Bilow. He is survived by: his grandmother Patricia Tapley; his father Charlie Bilow Sr.; his siblings, Ashley K. Reynolds and Charlie E. Bilow; and his nephew John H. Savage. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
