She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Wilcox. She is survived by: her husband Shane; her children, Anne Marie Cross (David) and Paul Gatens III; her stepchildren, Nicole See (Frank) and Christopher McAllister; her mother Evon Wilcox; her siblings, Michael Wilcox (Tina), Teresa Leszczynski (Mark) and Cynthia Turner (Mike); her stepgrandchildren, Gabriel See, Kaci McAllister and Hannah See; and her close friends, Bonnie, Gus, ReRe and Pup-Pup.

Because of her deep affection for animals and people in need, the family requests that donations be made either to your local animal rescue or to a homeless organization in Susan's name.
