With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Linda Chubak Perkel of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Professor Benjamin and Sydell Chubak; her husband Dr. David Perkel; her sons, Jonathan Perkel (Lilibeth) of Manhattan, Jason Perkel of Goshen and Joshua Perkel (Natalie) of Macon, Georgia; her siblings, Janet Sutton (Bill) of York, England and Charles Chubak (Patricia) of Los Angeles, California.; and her grandchildren, Aaron Perkel of Macon, Sophie Perkel of Connecticut, Abigail Rose Perkel of Macon, Lillian Perkel of Connecticut, Alexis "Lexi" Perkel of Manhattan, Benjamin Perkel of Macon and Elizabeth "Betty" Perkel of Macon.
