It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Cowan Drake of Macon, Georgia, born in Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lejoy Drake and Annie Belle Cowan Drake; and his sons, Tommy Drake and Jimmie Drake. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Josey Drake; his children, Terry Drake and Sidney Adams (John); his grandchildren, Brandon, Logan, Landon Adams, Nick Drake (Suzie), Cathy Mauldin (Chris), Leslie, Jimmie and Justin Drake; his great grandchild Kane; and his siblings, Laurie Evans (David) and Bobby Drake (Diane).
