He is survived by: his mother Ellen Bailey Whitehead; his wife Hazel Fields; his pet Skeeter; his daughter Tracy Griffith; his sister Sharon Bestwick; his great-nephew Chad "Bad Chad" Griffin; and his brothers-in-law, Randall Thompson, Steve Griffin, Good Friend and Donnie "Rabbit" Hill. He is also survived by Three nieces and one nephew.
