He is survived by: his wife Annitta Carter of Macon; his siblings, Holly Carter of Ammon, Idaho and Baron Carter of Memphis, Tennessee; his uncles, Roger McGuin of Hot Springs and Keith Carter (Virginia) of Buford, Georgia; and his nieces, Kellye Craig of Collierville and Ashley Battles of Memphis, Tennessee..
