It is with sadness that the passing of Tony Lewis Dix of Macon, Georgia is shared. Tony, born on November 28, 1954, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Tony will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Tony by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Tony is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Tony’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Estelle Dixon and Tony. He is survived by: his sister Janice Riggins; his niece Jodi Handley (David); and his nephew Tony Riggins. He is also survived by 3 great-nieces and nephews; and 5 great-great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2617 Vinson Hwy, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
