McDade (Len) of Lillian, Alabama; his grandchildren, Katie Roberts (Eric) of Macon, Max Boston of Atlanta, Marileigh Poole (Austin) of Roswell, Russell Long (Sarah) of Pensacola, Holly McDade of Lillian, Randi McDade of Gainesville and Candler McDade of Lillian, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Wesley, William Roberts and Montgomery Poole; and his cousin Julie Ferguson (Bob) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church, 1290 College Street, Macon, GA 31201.
