He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Weeks Platt (Wilfred Carlton Platt, Sr.) and Lowcountry; and his former wife Barbara Coleman Platt. He is survived by: his wife Roslyn Rawls Platt; his children, Margaret Platt Hill (Robert) and Stephen Carlton Platt (Pam); and his sisters, Betsy Platt Waters (Wilbert) and Mary Platt Cartwright. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandson.
