He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irvin and Carlene Crabtree Neal; and his brother Kenneth Hale. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Cunningham (Steve) of Griffin and Gregory Bryce Neal, Sr. of Locust Grove, Georgia; and his sisters, Shirley Sanders, Loretta Childers, Linda Hayne, Pat Neal and Cretta Cordell. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
