He is survived by: his wife Kaye O'Neil; his daughter April Jackson (Charles); his grandson Jakobe Jackson; his siblings, Bernice O'Neil, Abdur Rahim Muhammad (Darlene), Shaw O'Neil, Connie O'Neil-Battle (Alec) and Donnie O'Neil; and his friend Peggy Crawford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 4234 Carlo Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204.
