Though Constance may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Constance touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Young and Betty Young; and her siblings, Sara Elizabeth Jenkins, Sandra Jean Hampton, Billy Ray Young and Anthony Dwayne Young.
She is survived by: her husband Barney McCullough; her stepchildren, Barney McCullough (Gina), Tammy Faulkner and Nick McCullough; and her sisters, Janice Rocha and Virginia Morgan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the A. E. Carter Funeral Home (1670 Atlanta Hwy, Madison, GA 30650).
