Though Daphne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivie Daniel Wilkes and Roy P. Wilkes; her husband John W. Saye, Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Penny Saye. She is survived by: her sons, John Jr. (Donna), Jeffrey (Donna) and Timothy Saye (Wanda). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
