He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Brown Tyner and Garnett Harris Tyner. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Andy of Clayton, Wade (Jaclyn) of Benson, NC and Mimi of Clayton; his grandchildren, Holly Evans, Aubrey, Oliver, Laylah, Caroline, Violet, James, Elizabeth, Samatha Tyner and Bailey Levitte; and his brothers, Garnett Harris Tyner (Ty) and Terry (Cathy) of Hull. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew, and numerous cousins.
