Edith Thomas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Thomas of Madison, Georgia, born in Ruxton, Maryland, who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Bien and Bessie Leigh Bien; her husband Harry Hadley Thomas, Jr.; her daughter Olevia Leigh Wahl; and her brother Thomas Leigh Bien.
She is survived by: her son Harry Hadley Thomas, III; her nephew Thomas Leigh Bien, Jr. (Connie); her niece Rebecca Bien Sullivan (Bill); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas Leigh Bien III, Nicholas Leigh Sullivan, Tara Elyn Sullivan Giles and Julia Elliott Bien; and her pet Lovie. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Humane Society of Morgan County.
